Autopilot drafts a generic-sounding proposal. Brand DNA is too sparse. Fill in voice sliders + paste at least 2 paragraphs of reference text in /settings/brand and try again.
AI Draft replies sound robotic. Verify your Brand DNA banned-words list — phrases like "embark on", "stunning", "discover" are the giveaway of an AI not yet tuned to your voice. Add them to the ban list once and they never appear again.
Autopilot puts the wrong camp in a day. Either no matching camp in /properties for that destination and tier, or the destination wasn't recognized. Add the property to your library first; re-run autopilot.
"AI is rate-limited; please retry" — Anthropic side, transient. Wait 30 seconds and retry. If it persists for over an hour something else is going on; email support.
AI Draft pre-populates with bad text. Generated drafts are first-pass suggestions — always review before sending. If the model keeps making the same misread, add a Brand DNA banned phrase or fix the underlying tripBrief / Brand DNA field that seeded the wrong context.
