How Safari Studio works

Open Settings → Integrations and paste your GoHighLevel Private Integration Token (starts with "pit-") plus your Location ID (format LXXXXXXXXXXX). Click Verify & Save — Safari Studio probes GHL with the token before saving, so a bad paste fails immediately.

Click the "+ New proposal" button on /proposals. Two paths:

Open the proposal in the editor and click "Share" (top right). Three options:

/inbox is a guest-centric thread view — one thread per Client, regardless of how many separate inquiries they've sent. Three columns:

Focus is the priority strip at the top of /inbox. Up to 5 ranked threads, each with a one-line WHY explaining why this guest matters right now.

Every new workspace gets a 14-day trial with full feature access. The trial ends on the date shown on /settings/billing — pick a plan before then to keep going without interruption.

Brand DNA is the operator-set voice profile every AI draft uses. Open /settings/brand and fill in what applies:

/properties is your camp/lodge catalogue. Each property carries: name, location, short description, full description, lead image, gallery, amenities, room types, tier (Classic / Premier / Signature), tags, internal notes.

**"Account suspended"** — your workspace status is set to suspended. Usually a payment issue; check /settings/billing or email support.

Public proposal links automatically scale to fit any device. On a phone (~375px wide) the deck shrinks so each A4-sized page fits one screen — no horizontal scrolling. On tablets and narrow laptop windows the scaling adjusts in real time as the viewport changes (orientation, browser resize).

From inside the proposal editor, click "Print" in the top-right header. Safari Studio composes the deck into A4 pages with strict 210×297mm dimensions, opens the print dialog, and lets the operator pick "Save as PDF" or send to a real printer.

**Autopilot drafts a generic-sounding proposal.** Brand DNA is too sparse. Fill in voice sliders + paste at least 2 paragraphs of reference text in /settings/brand and try again.
