Click the "+ New proposal" button on /proposals. Two paths:
1. Trip Setup form. Fill in client name, destinations, nights, travelers, and a brief tone direction. Click "Draft with Autopilot" — the AI writes the full proposal (cover, day-by-day, pricing, closing) using your Brand DNA voice and starter property library. Usually 15–45 seconds.
2. Blank canvas. Skip the form to compose section-by-section yourself.
In either case the editor opens once drafting finishes. Edit any text inline. The proposal auto-saves; there's no "Save" button to click. When ready, hit "Share" in the top right to generate a shareable link, or "Print" for the PDF.
Every AI draft counts against your monthly AI quota. Watch the usage in Settings → Billing — you'll see "X / Y AI calls this cycle".
