/inbox is a guest-centric thread view — one thread per Client, regardless of how many separate inquiries they've sent. Three columns:
- Left. Thread list, newest activity first. Unread inbound messages show a gold dot. Filter by All / Unread; search the list by guest name or email. - Middle. Conversation with the selected guest. Send replies via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email (whichever the guest used last is preselected). Click "AI Draft" to pre-populate the composer with a concierge-tone reply that uses recent message history + your Brand DNA. Human always reviews and sends — no auto-send. - Right. Guest context — name, email, phone, country, recent requests, linked proposals.
At the very top is "Today's Focus" — five ranked threads with one-line WHY explanations. Click a Focus card to open that thread; click ✦ AI Draft on a card to open + auto-start a reply draft.
Outbound messages route through your connected GHL workspace, so they appear in the guest's WhatsApp / email as if you'd sent them directly.
