Open the proposal in the editor and click "Share" (top right). Three options:
- Copy share link. A public URL the guest opens in any browser. Fits all screen sizes — phone, iPad, desktop — and tracks every view, scroll, and section click. - Send via WhatsApp. Opens wa.me with the share link pre-filled, addressed to the guest's phone number on file. - Send via Email. Sends from your connected workspace email through GHL.
Set the status to "Sent" from the dropdown so it surfaces correctly in Focus and the Journey pipeline. The Focus card on /inbox starts tracking engagement signals (views, time-on-page, pricing-opened, reservation-started) the moment the guest opens the link.
The Share view auto-scales to the guest's device — there's no horizontal scrolling on phones.
