Focus is the priority strip at the top of /inbox. Up to 5 ranked threads, each with a one-line WHY explaining why this guest matters right now.
Scoring is deterministic — no AI guesses who's hot. The score combines:
- Unanswered inbound messages (heaviest weight) - Recent engagement (views, time-on-page, pricing-opened) on the proposal - Estimated trip value - Hours since your last reply on an active deal - Fresh-inquiry status - Receptionist handoff (inquiry handed over from the upstream concierge) - Time decay (signals older than 14 days fade)
Closed deals (booked / completed / not booked) never appear in Focus.
Switch between "Mine" (your assigned threads) and "Team" (all neglected high-value opportunities across the workspace, owner/admin only). Click ✦ AI Draft on any card to open the thread and pre-populate a concierge-tone reply.
Cards refresh every 60 seconds as engagement signals change.
