Every new workspace starts with full feature access. Your plan and usage are on /settings/billing. Until billing starts, Studio is free to use.
Only proposals sent to a guest count: sent from Studio, or opened from its link by someone outside your team. Drafts, copies, edits and your own previews never count, and re-sending the same proposal to the same guest is free.
Plans:
- Pouch — $2 per proposal sent. No monthly fee. Top up by mobile money or card; $2 leaves the pouch only when a proposal reaches a guest. If the pouch runs dry, one more proposal still goes out. - Starter — $100/month. 50 proposals sent per window. 3 seats. - Growth — $150/month. 100 proposals sent per window. 10 seats. Adds the pricing engine — rate card in, price out. - Larger teams. More than 100 a month — get in touch; larger plans are set from real usage.
Going over your plan never stops you: extra proposals are $1.50 each. If extras would cost more than the next plan, we move you up and credit the difference.
Drafting has its own monthly allowance. Running out pauses drafting only — the editor, your property library, the map, manual pricing and PDF export all keep working, so you can finish and send by hand.
The pricing engine (compute a price from your saved rate card) is on Growth. Pricing a proposal by hand is on every plan.
Billing runs on Paystack — card payments anywhere, M-Pesa in Kenya. Cancel any time from /settings/billing; access continues until your current period ends.
