Every new workspace gets a 14-day trial with full feature access. The trial ends on the date shown on /settings/billing — pick a plan before then to keep going without interruption.
Plans:
- Pay as you go — $1 per proposal. No subscription. 10 drafts & rewrites per proposal, drawn from your Safari wallet. $3 a proposal with the pricing engine. - Consultant — $50/month. 100 proposals + 1,500 drafts & rewrites per 30-day window. 3 seats. - Explorer — $100/month. 300 proposals + 3,000 drafts & rewrites. 10 seats. Adds the pricing engine — rate card in, price out. - Operator — $150/month. 1,000 proposals + 5,000 drafts & rewrites. 20 seats. Priority drafting, full Brand DNA, advanced exports. - Custom. Above 1,000 proposals a month, priced against your actual usage — get in touch.
Seats are not metered. Twenty people on Operator costs $7.50 each; tools that charge per user run $75–$299 per person.
Every plan carries two limits: proposals (what you buy) and drafts & rewrites (what drafting uses). Whichever you reach first is the one that applies. Running out of drafts pauses drafting only — the editor, your property library, the map, manual pricing and PDF export all keep working, so you can finish and send by hand.
The pricing engine (compute a price from your saved rate card) is on Explorer and above. Pricing a proposal by hand is on every plan, including pay as you go.
Help-bot questions are tracked separately (25 trial / 100 Consultant / 200 Explorer / 400 Operator) so they never burn your proposal-drafting quota.
Billing runs on Paystack — card payments anywhere, M-Pesa in Kenya. Cancel any time from /settings/billing; access continues until your current period ends.
If you hit your drafting cap mid-cycle and need more, email support — we'll send a one-time top-up invoice and grant the headroom once payment clears.
