Help-bot questions are tracked separately (25 trial / 50 Consultant / 100 Explorer / 200 Operator) so they never burn your proposal-drafting quota.
Billing runs on Paystack — card payments anywhere, M-Pesa in Kenya. Cancel any time from /settings/billing; access continues until your current period ends.
If you hit your AI cap mid-cycle and need more, email support — we'll send a one-time top-up invoice and grant the headroom once payment clears.
