Sharing the proposal as a PDF

From inside the proposal editor, click "Print" in the top-right header. Safari Studio composes the deck into A4 pages with strict 210×297mm dimensions, opens the print dialog, and lets the operator pick "Save as PDF" or send to a real printer.

For sharing the digital deck instead of a PDF, click "Share" → "Copy share link". The link is the same content the print path renders; guests on phones get the auto-scaled magazine view, guests on desktops get full A4 spreads.

If a section overflows its page (rare with PdfFit but possible with very long custom narratives), the page is clipped — the content gets cut at the page edge rather than spilling onto a blank phantom page. To fix overflow, shorten the narrative or split into two sections.

Print backgrounds need "Background graphics" enabled in the browser's print dialog (Chrome: More settings → Background graphics).
