Open Settings → Integrations and paste your GoHighLevel Private Integration Token (starts with "pit-") plus your Location ID (format LXXXXXXXXXXX). Click Verify & Save — Safari Studio probes GHL with the token before saving, so a bad paste fails immediately.
After saving, pick which GHL pipeline mirrors your Safari Journey and map each of the five internal stages (New, Working, Proposal sent, Booked, Not booked) to your own GHL stages.
For inbound messages to flow into the Safari Inbox, copy the webhook URL shown on the same page and add it as a Webhook action in your GHL inbound-message workflow (Triggers → Customer Replied). Use Authorization: Bearer <your GHL_WEBHOOK_SECRET> as the header. Every WhatsApp, SMS, and email reply now lands in /inbox within seconds.
To backfill every existing inquiry into your GHL pipeline as a contact + pipeline card, click "Run backfill" at the bottom of the same page. Safari Studio uses a five-stage hospitality lifecycle (New Inquiry · Working · Proposal Sent · Booked · Closed Lost); GHL pipeline stages map onto these in Settings → Integrations.
