Common error messages

"Account suspended" — your workspace status is set to suspended. Usually a payment issue; check /settings/billing or email support.

"You've reached the [plan] plan limit of N proposals" — paid plan monthly cap hit. Upgrade in /settings/billing or wait for the next cycle.

"Trial has ended" — your 14-day window elapsed. Pick a plan to continue.

"AI quota reached" — productive AI quota (proposal drafting, check-ins, etc.) hit for the cycle. Email support for a top-up if you need to keep going before reset.

"Help quota reached" — questions asked of the help bot hit the cap. Reach out via email directly; this resets at the next 30-day cycle.

"GHL rejected the access token" — the token pasted in Settings → Integrations is invalid, revoked, or from a different workspace. Get a new Private Integration Token from your GHL Settings page.

"No active organization" — you're signed in but no workspace selected. Open /select-organization or contact your team owner.
