Brand DNA is the operator-set voice profile every AI draft uses. Open /settings/brand and fill in what applies:
- Brand identity. Company name, logo, website, tagline. - Voice sliders. Formal ↔ casual, concise ↔ expansive, restrained ↔ warm. Stored as 0–100 ints. - Reference text. Paste 2–3 paragraphs of your own previous proposal copy — the AI mirrors phrasing and rhythm. - Banned words. Generic travel-agency tells you never want to see ("stunning", "embark on", "ultimate", etc.) — banned globally across every AI surface. - Signature block. Your consultant name, role, contact info — auto-applied to every new proposal's operator block.
Brand DNA is progressive — none of it is required to use the platform. But every field you fill makes the AI's output more native. Aim for at least the voice sliders + 2 paragraphs of reference text before serious use.
